Speaker Bio
Jonny Nelson is the Founder and Executive Director of JSAW, a ministry dedicated to transforming action sports culture through the gospel.
Since 2004, Jonny has been reaching students and young adults in environments where traditional ministry often doesn’t go—like skateparks, ski hills, or on a wakeboard boat. What he started at age 16 has grown into a global movement that engages thousands of riders each year through outreach, small groups, and leadership development.
Jonny is passionate about equipping churches and leaders to move from passive faith to active disciple-making. His teaching is practical, gospel-centered, and rooted in real-life experience—helping people live out their faith in everyday environments.
He regularly speaks at churches, camps, and leadership gatherings—challenging and equipping people to live on mission where they already are.
