About

JSAW is taking a trip of a lifetime to spend 5 days riding the legendary powder of Rusutsu, Japan, one of Hokkaido's most iconic ski resorts, tucked between the peaks of Mt. Isola and West Mountain. Famous for its deep, dry "Japow" snowfall, wide-open tree runs, and uncrowded slopes, Rusutsu offers riders and skiers of every level a true bucket list experience. But beyond the incredible terrain, this trip is about more than just chasing snow, it's an opportunity to grow together as disciples, pursuing Christ on and off the mountain, building brotherhood, and reflecting on His creation in one of the most beautiful winter landscapes in the world.

Spots are limited, scholarships and registration will be considered on a first come, first serve basis.

Scholarships Available

We want every rider to have the chance to experience a trip like this. That’s why JSAW has a dedicated scholarship fund to help make it possible. As a nonprofit, we work hard to keep our trips as affordable as we can, but we also know travel and action sports can be expensive. Still, we never want money to stand in the way of you having a life-changing experience. If cost is holding you back, fill out our scholarship application—we’ll do everything we can to help you get there.
