North American Action Sports Ministry Leader Summit
JSAW’s vision is transforming action sports culture. This ‘culture’ exists all around the world and over the past few years we have been developing key relationships with other action sports ministries around the world. On Sept 25-27 JSAW helped host a gathering of action sports ministry leaders from throughout North America. The purpose of this summit was to validate leaders calling, share ministry resources, connections and experience as well as develop opportunities and support. We believe that we are better together. The summit was held at a 300-acre farm in Stockholm, WI about 1.5 hours’ drive from Minneapolis. The gathering had minimal structure to enable relationship building and a relaxed environment. Throughout the few days together we discussed grant writing, events, disciple making, organizational design, training, theology, board of directors, fundraising, and many other topics. It was encouraging hearing testimonies and being able to connect on a personal level with other leaders. Please be praying for all our partners around the world.
