JSAW just awarded an action sports ministry grant to help with rebuilding Skatechurch in Portland, Oregon! Since 1987, Skatechurch has been sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with skaters. The skate park provides a safe, drug-free environment for skaters of all ages while reinforcing positive attitudes, social responsibility, and Christian values. The ramps and facilities have undergone many transformations over the years, and it’s time for another remodel. With new public skate parks popping up all over the city, the need for exceptional ramps is greater than ever for Skatechurch to remain the premier skate park in the area.
